Conditions for Return and Exchange

Our return policy applies within 30 days from the date the customer receives the product. However, to ensure fairness and clarity, the conditions for returns differ depending on the type of product:

Used Products

If the machine is used, TKD Office Equipment will apply the return policy within 30 days. The product must function properly during this time and not be damaged due to customer misuse.
If the product is still working normally but the customer wishes to return it, we will buy it back at up to 80% of the original price, excluding shipping costs (including specialized vehicles such as trucks with lifting beds, cranes for high-rise buildings, or freight fees for customers in remote areas).
For small machines, if shipped by motorcycle, there will be no additional fee.

Brand New 100% Products

For brand new 100% products, we do not apply the return policy. If the product encounters issues, customers will be supported with on-site warranty services. We will contact the authorized service provider to repair or replace the product when necessary.
The on-site warranty policy applies for technical faults or manufacturing defects within the warranty period.

Return and Warranty Process

  1. Report an Issue: Customers must contact TKD Office Equipment’s customer service within 30 days of receiving the product to report any issues. You can reach us by phone, email, or in-person at the store.

  2. Product Inspection: After receiving the request, we will inspect the product and determine the cause of the issue.

  3. Return Decision:

    • For brand new 100% products, if a manufacturing defect is found, we will provide on-site warranty service or replacement if needed.
    • For used products, if the issue is caused by TKD and cannot be immediately resolved, we will refund 100% of the product price without any additional charges.

Conditions Not Applicable for Return or Exchange

  • Products damaged due to improper use, strong impacts, or external factors.
  • Products repaired at unauthorized service centers.
  • Products missing accessories or with incomplete packaging.
  • Return requests made after 30 days from the receipt of the product.
